"Getting What You're Worth"
A Discussion of Strategies for Maintaining Your Value in the New Economy
It's no secret the photography industry has been hit especially hard by this recession. We are faced with continuingpressure from clients to lower fees and include more, if not all rights, for those lower fees.
* Is there a way to prevent a downward spiral of fees?
* How do we maintain a licensing model when faced with buyout demands?
* How do we get work and still maintain our value?
* How can we increase our leverage when negotiating?
* What are strategies other photographers have used successfully?
Join your fellow ASMPCV members on Wednesday, March 24th and share your experience or learn from theirs. This is a meeting about finding and sharing sloutions that have worked. We've all been faced with these situations and we've all found unique solutions that have worked. Let's share those solutions and avoid a rush to the bottom.
